worked on the right door. trimmed the outside flange, fitted and retrimmed the door opening as there were few interferences once removed the border. I had to cut down significantly the door opening channels. It has been quite surprising to see that after trimming the door opening the door was sitting almost perfectly flush. Few additional adjustments still necessary
In order to keep the door in the original position after removing the little flanges with the reference holes i used few thick aluminum strips. this is has been more practical than using duct tape.
As mentioned the bottom back corner sits a bit proud on the fuselage, however i think that may be corrected either with some heating or little adjustment.
